A more realistic (and less absurd) explanation is that most of the Nazi Party leaders came from Bavaria/Austria. Which has a lot of cultural/genetic/physiognomy links with northern Italy. And happens to be much more racist than the rest of Germany.

Latin based Europe is the descendant of the Roman Empire. Romans like all great empires spread language, culture and religion. All of these 3 things. Germanics or Nordics, these were the savages that became civilized only recently, and they did not have any significant culture or religion to spread.
I also agree with Gondawa in the sense that I don’t think it’s wise to jump to conclusions without evidence. The only point on which I agree is that the leaders were clearly Mediterraneans and that Mediterraneans are a lot smarter than Nordics, who have not built civilization on their own. Either that, or they are driven by different desires.

Yes, and that’s why Meds are more creative. Med supremacists believed that Meds get into psychopathic behavior, because it serves a pragmatic justification, where as Nordics are only anti-social just for its sake.
