Seeing this person behaviour, I realize there are so many people with a tendency like that. It is not a discrete condition but a continuum. I’ve realized this year how my family is vey high on autistic spectrum. I didnt notice before because no one is nerdy, even the engineers. It’s in the attitude . A property of the mind. I find the schizo more scary than drug users … but I appreciate Philosopher comments, insight and provocation mostly . Philo is not dumb and druy dry logic isnt everything

And there are points in common too. Many times, when I think about a problem – like just yesterday I thought about a difficult question about line management while I was queuing in the cinema with my girlfriend (a physician) and friends (2 engineers) – I knew I couldn’t turn to anyone for help to think about the question. So in a way, I am very often trapped in my own world, , although it’s an objective world, like this poor lady

I watched one about a savant who was good at music. And he could play to concert level without much practice. But when they asked him to compose tunes, he couldn’t really do it. The music he liked to play lacked ‘passion’ according to ‘experts’.

I think savantism is also or not the result of huge specific semantic memory over not so great or very lower autobiographical memory. It’s also may happen with autism spectrum and partially explain their lack of social/interpersonal skills.

When the documentary says only 100 savants officially exist in the world what this means is idiot savants. People who are above 160 in IQ usually have savant abilitys but without the mental handicaps of idiot savants.

The person I know who might be 170 read my paper (Animekitty’s Philosophic Compositions) he said to himself that it reminded him of Einstien. Then he asked me if I had an eidetic memory and I told him no because I do not see images when I close my mind. I think the reason he asked me is that a year later the test said I was 140 in information. I would not say that I am a savant but my personality type INFJ is the type that deeply understands metaphysics (The physics of physics). A term I came up with is called meta-reflection (reflection on reflection). metacognition is thinking about think.

    This is my paper.
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1tV5JCd7ZjgeUs0cVFGUENxbmM/view?usp=sharing

I can connect thing from within from introverted intuition and extraverted feeling. Both summarize as subjective insight and objective value. When I know something it came from inside me. It connects to the outside world by feeling. I can see the value in something by of how it makes my subconscious respond (subjective insight).

The person I am and me being INFJ makes it difficult to tell people things I believe. This is why I am diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. I do have emotional and physical problems but my beliefs are weird and people cannot grasp them. After studying some Occult stuff on my computer and had 3 hallucinations, I was at the hospital I was self-talking in my head different people I knew and later I said a cat was talking to me and they thought I was hearing voices, But I was just doing self-talk. That was in 2016. In 2017 I ate some marijuana chocolates and I had stoner thoughts that became so dark I was on the ground having extremely dark scary nightmare. My heart beat was 180 in the ambulance. When I was semi awake and he asked what happened I said I ate marijuana chocolates but I wondered if that was what it was like to be on DMT. The paper I signed said I took DMT. I did not take DMT.

I do not know if I have schizoaffective disorder but I am INFJ so I have weird ideas.
I am better at empathizing than systematizing. My Verbal IQ is 132 which philosopher say you need high VIQ to not be brainwashed.

Personality is a big factor in understanding people. Philosopher has his impressions of what Asperger’s people are like. I do not think I fall into that category. Much of what he thinks is Aspergers can be seen as exaggerated aspects of the big 5 model. A video on Psych2Go showed how the big 5 traits can be associated with cat people or dog people. I did the cambridgeanalytica tests and combined my personality traits with the corresponding pet.

    Animekitty’s Results

O – cat (drawn to novelty and ideas)
C – dog (organized and follows rules)
E – cat (need alone time)
    A – dog (trusting)
N – cat (anxiety and vigilant)

    Here is the test.

    https://ocean.cambridgeanalytica.org/

    And here is the descriptions.
(left is high and right is low, high agreeableness is trusting)

cat (drawn to novelty and ideas) – O – (prefer to keep things as they are) dog
dog (organized and follows rules) – C – (skeptical of rules as self-preservation) cat
dog (more sociable) – E – (need time alone) cat
dog (trusting) – A – (slow to warm up to others) cat
cat (anxious and vigilant) – N – (calm and reserved) dog

The person that asked me if I had an eidetic memory made me think about why I was different. I can only think it is because I understand many kinds of linguistic abstractions. My Personal reasoning is 121 but I have not been doing activities like that for a long time. I have been communicating ideas with people online for at least 7 years. I believe that IQ tests cannot measure how abstract I can think. I think in concepts, not just word associations. People with Asperger’s have a layer of abstraction missing. I said before they do not know how their actions affect the mental states of others. The cannot connect a person’s actions to their mental state. I do not have that problem.

You need to have very lower psychopathic traits to be easily ”brainwashed” or misinformed, at priori.

So Marilyn vos SAVANT is savant**

I think you misunderstood what the term savant mean. Savant skills is EXTRAORDINARY skills.

What at priori define ”giftedness” is EXCELLENCE on general cognitive aspects. Extraordinary is something different.

So if (all) people who scored above 160 in IQ tests have this EXTRAORDINARY skills, so we will can conclude that, yes, they are non-”idiot” savants. But in the real, it’s doesn’t factual.

“So Marilyn vos SAVANT is savant**”

I would not think so, it is contended that her IQ is really just 130.

“So if (all) people who scored above 160 in IQ tests have this EXTRAORDINARY skills”

I did not mention a specific skill they all have. I said “usually” a person at or above 160 would have an extraordinary skill. It could be different for each person above 160 but I am not making an absolute claim. Many would not have an extraordinary skill but the likelihood is high because of the level of intelligence they possess.

      • Santoculto said:

To don’t understand that “usually” is factually incorrect in your pre conditional purpose. Most people who score above 160 in IQ tests no have savant-level skills. It’s not excellence but exceptionality we are talking about.

You said: ‘brain has no center”, huuuum, i doubt, seems there is a area on the brain where our ”self” is produced, maybe via my illiterate neuro-fake-sciency, on the frontal lobes. Impression that women tend to be more self-aware than men, but not exactly or consistently in qualitative ways, but in quantitative/frequency.

Sometimes i think life is a kind of ”water state, mixed with ‘material’ elements = organic” [or not]. A kind of primordial vertical transference [or not]. But before-life, some inanimate elements were becoming weirdly unstable.[or not]

    So dumb this ”guy”….

If you’re a ”alt left”, please, be cautious with that guy, he is so stupid, a pale representation of self-declared ”high iq genius” that prove all the time the otherwise.

A good word in my mother tongue to describe him: MEDONHO.

If someone have worst/to poor factually correct/poorly developed arguments AND about subjects that this person has worked, thought in high frequency, so it’s mean many negative outcomes about its real-world reasoning capacity.

Very similar with OTHER LOLbert here…

Two statements of your guy, Robert Lindsay :

    (1) I Think Being Gay Is Unnatural, and I Don’t Support It. After All, Why Would I Support Something That I Am Not?
    (2) Empathy is highly correlated with intelligence

I discovered his site recently, thx to Pumpkin ranking of HBD sites. He is quite an intelligent and interesting writter albeit his prejudiced & weird statements. He’s very objective with himself and sometimes quite harsh. He doesn’t deserve to be so poor. That’s sad.

In terms of values, I’ve always been attracted and interested by freaks and marginal people. In the high school, I was always observing and attracted by the scary people, the drug takers, the punk, the one on the fringe. In movies, I like many gay realisators : from Gus Van Sant, Greg Haraki, Bruce Labruce, Wong Kar-Wai, Frears … Recently, I’ve seen Eyes Wide Open about an jewish orthodox butcher who fall in love with a homeless yeshiva student. Such a good movie.

In Paris, when there was so strong fight against pro gay and anti gay “wedding”, the gay people would always avoid me (because I’m big with a very conservative look) and the anti would jump at me to give me their propaganda. Once I told a girl that I liked gay people and she laughed. She thought it was a joke. But in fact this appreciation is more artistic and intellectual because, even if I know many gays, I have no gay friends nor even acquaintances (or a couple I could invite). In TV I’ve seen many homophobes saying they have gay friends, when I’m homophile, and I don’t have any. Either they are lying or I don’t know how to befriend (or spot) gays ….

Santo, excuse me I know the pb is on my side : sometimes I explain easy things on great details sometimes I don’t explain less easy things enough, difficulting the interlocution.

The two statements are, if not inconsistent, plainly weird when hold by a same person who claims having a very high IQ. It’s like if Chris Langan hold Pumpkin theory about correlation among IQ and wealth without giving any further explanation : If not inconsistent, thats plainly weird.

I was just illustrating your comment. I thought it could make you smile.

      • Bruno said:

Now someone witty could say that’s the two statements could stand by themselves without any further explanation (of the like being an intelligent non empathic or homosexuality being a thing with whom one shouldnt have empathy). But this possibility is not the case in the context Lindsay used the word. I let you figure it out. That’s an IQ item question, Pumpkin 🙂
