My new blog article
I have been thinking about how creativity works. I think about it as a loop the spins and generates new ideas. But another way to think about it is called reflection like when people bounce ideas off each other but this happens in the head. Ideas trigger and recombine other ideas. This is how imagination works the frontal lobes send signals to the vision centers and they send signals to the frontal lobes. They go back and forth in 3D images and controlling what it created. That is where I get the loop idea from is that back and forth stuff is created. I happen not to be able to see images in my head, I have Aphantasia. But I realize that thinking is this reflection loop that creates stuff in the head. Generally, people just call it thinking. IQ tests cannot measure creativity because the cannot measure the loop, not the unique loop a person may have. So creativity by intelligence tests is not considered a form of intelligence. As in the ability to generate internally.
I do most of my thinking in my unconscious and that means the reflection loop does not bounce off itself in words or images consciously but ghostlike invisible. This means my head is empty most times starting in different directions trying to grasp what comes next. I rely on what pops up next in my head and pause a lot to know what to think next. I cannot just make ideas pop out by making the loop bounce things around. I had Disassociation for around 6 years of my life from 2007-2013. I was disconnected from most everything because everything important to me seemed gone. So I stopped thinking thoughts and nothing in my head seemed to be internally connected and synergistic. If we just generally say thinking is when stuff happens in the head, you do mental stuff in their, I was not doing that. Today put me in an empty room I cannot think to entertain myself. I have a notebook, in an empty room, I cannot make stuff come out of my head onto the notebook. I just do not have an internal feedback loop that allows me to be inside my head and produce stuff.
What I rely on most is my ability use logic to construct language in such a way to conceptually explain abstract ideas in simple terms. I am good at analysis but mostly I do so for my own research. I am not good at stories with elaborations and all that. So I do not really put things together such that it expands and expands and expands. I am trying to find the shortest path and the most perfect compact, complete, simple representation. My Crystallized intelligence is 155 and Fluid intelligence is 130. But this is not creativity. creativity is the loop that expands and expands. I know stuff and I can order it. But when I want to design something like my A.I. system I do not know where to start. I am detail focused and do not understand the steps of an entire system. I do not know how to make modular designs. I am bad at engineering. I do not know where to begin. The problem is not that I do not know everything about the parts. The loop in my head will not spin to put them together. I just stare at my notebook.
Creativity is thinking is intelligence.
It is just that it is an internal reflector that pops up ideas.
That is why people say thinking happens in the head, that thinking is experienced in the head.
People in an empty room or in a park think or daydream.
They come up with stuff with no need for the outside world to give input.
Creativity is internal in the head. At least this is the creativity I lack.
I do feel a real pressure in the frontal lobes when I have problems thinking.
Some people have an internal loop in their head that they create from.
It just goes back and forth generating ideas and all that.
This happens without any external input.
Not saying creativity is only internal.
There is also an external creative loop.
I use that sometimes but it’s weak.
The internal loop is nonexistent for me.
A lot of aspergers commenters I notice. I saw thinking mouse said he was diagnosed with it as well.
You can easily tell aspergers just from the style of writing imo. Its usually blunt but soft.
Cognition and personality are ultimately determined by the forces push and pull against each other using memory and fiber tracks.
So there will be different calibrations of push and pull. Making me be more technical answers and philosopher I guess give more simple smooth answers?
If philosopher is INTJ he gets to the point/goal right away, something pumpkin told me to do. I am more interested in puzzles so I am open-ended, I do not have a goal other than to explore more ways puzzles can be made.
Of course, since I do not practice achieving anything I do not learn the causality of the world as would a person always achieving the goal would master how causality in the world works. That would make me autistic to the goal achievers. I am doing puzzles instead of learning how the real world works.
Learn Causality = non-autistic

I think newspapers are for retards. Its embarrassing looking at them. I just see it as mind control. But the sports sections in most papers are great. I haven’t bought a newspaper in 5 years. Last one was the financial times online sub, and that was a perk of my job anyway. I even used the Economist sub as well since it was free anyway.
As far as newspapers go its prob the best. Its owned by the Japanese now, so a rare example of a non jew paper. I also think Martin Wolf is usually right about economics.

A good book actually, written by a black guy named Harlan Ellison who described his life not so subtly…the last scene in the book is black nerd melohero disavowing ever becoming a ‘normal’ office worker or ever being able to join the intelligentsia of his day by leaving the lights on in his basement apartment. I think the very last line was something like, ‘who knows where my story ends, perhaps on certain frequencies, I speak for you’.

IMO not all jew recommend fiction or ‘fiction’ in Invisible Man’s case is bad. Some of it is very well written and well worth reading to understand how minorities or jews themselves think about things.
I draw the line at To Kill a Mockingbird though. I was forced to read it in school when I was 15. I kept thinking how boring it was and soapy. One of the themes in the book is how the mob want to punish the black dude for being black yadda yadda.

Joseph Heller, a jew, wrote a satirical book called Catch 22 based on his service in WW2. That is a funny book. I have to hand it to the jews. They can be very funny. Its ironic that the main character is Syrian.
The follow up book to it Closing Time is pure thrash. You can see how bitter and angry Heller is by then. It drips through the pages. The story doesn’t make any sense. It reminds me of the new Simpsons episodes where homer has ADD.
Catch 22 is a classic though. Yo Yo is such a good character.
A lot of these 20th century novels use a ‘dumb’ character like Lenny in Of Mice and Men, or Parsons in 1984 to show how malicious the setting is.
Tom Parsons marches, sings the slogans, and does everything that the party asks, but eventually I think has a thoughtcrime or something and gets sent to Room 101.

Chris Hitchens book reviews are very good. I thought Lolita was an ok book, but after reading Hitchens review I could see the genius of Nabokov.
He basically makes a paedophile the anti hero of the book which is not easy at all and there are a lot of layers to it. Principally whether you think its morally right for Humbert to ‘express himself’ in these ways.

The greatest novelist is in my mind, Jose Luis Borges. His work is mind bending. I’ve read Borges was a very right wing guy but his stories don’t have much to do with politics. Actually they might take a political setting, but the stories are weird.

I am in a trance. That’s what I do when I get stuck is I pause an listen to the unconscious to tell me what to say. I do not say everything at once. I never do but I do stretches of long talking. In person this is much easier because I have the person there I can be present for. Then I can explain with feedback and I can hear the tones in the voice. But this is with only smart people. Dumb people don’t understand or don’t care anything what I say. Today I was with a therapist and I explained I get feelings and intuitions listening to my unconscious for answers or to solve problems. Because I do not see or hear anything in my head (mental images and sounds) so I cannot hold anything in my head to think in that way. I have feelings they way things are. I go with that. It’s emotional intuition, that’s how I know how people are. But if the feeling is not there I cannot solve the problem like engineering smart computers even if I have a thesis. Can have mental images you cannot draw or hold it in your head and work it out. I am disadvantaged. That does not mean I lack emotions to know things. I am able to abstract hidden knowledge from all I know. Autist are not smooth an very rigid, because I can adapt my emotions to people no one sees me that way. I am smooth until I get into areas I don’t understand how to respond. My brain gets stuck so when talking I try to bring back to the other person how they want me to answer and do that. Always I listen to my unconscious to be as fluid as possible. To get the right feeling. To know the right answer.

So he knows the answer to everything and I have to work it out most time and that decreases my smoothness. So I work on it as fast as I can I pause at a faster moment to look for unknown answers just so I can no look not smooth. This works way better in person because I can use body gestures to show I need to pause. Philosopher specifical gets answers instantly. My inability to do that: he calls me autistic. Instant answers make people smooth but it also can make people crazy because they don’t think they just say anything they think is true, they are not careful.

Feeling things out
The reason people can hold thoughts in their heads in because they have internal mental images and sounds in their heads. They can see the drawing and see the mechanical device or math problem and do what they do in their head with it. I cannot hold anything in my head because I have no mental images or sounds. So I cannot create anything in my mind. What I get are feelings of the way things should be. Like solving a puzzle but not mostly creating things myself. It is more like open-ended tool use and technology utilization. It is not simply created from nothing or expanded as in one idea turns into a whole system. Like a flower is drawn into a garden. I see if something can be done in a new way but it is not spontaneous generation.
So I just get a feeling of how something can be done. It has to do with tech things. But I also understand philosophical things. I can only get these feelings when I have something in front of me that I can stare at it until I know what it can do. I can feel what it is supposed to do well some have to work things out in steps. I think that if I could hold things in my head I would still feel things out but people that do steps and hold things in their heads even now when I can’t hold things they can make things in their heads like an artist can make the drawing before they draw it. I can feel things out even without creating anything in my head but I need help from people like them to make my smart computer. I have all the conceptual and theoretical principles, I just need the design based on them. I do wonder about the experience to create things in the mind.
