Most of the most prolific commenters are in moderation anyway so I’ve decided to just return to full moderation.
Gay. I enjoy this blog. I enjoy the conversation I have with you, Afro and Melo.
I think you of all people will prefer moderation. You’re the one always saying I should be more like Razib when it comes to moderating.

But when I say that, I mean only allowing on topic posts. Your blog is great bro. I love it. I learn a lot from the discussions we have. But if you only allowed on topic comments that’s be great. Trudging through off-topic nonsense is tiring. Is it so hard to be on topic?
You should go back to open threads too. Keep off-topic things there and keep your good articles on topic. The quality will vastly increase, in my opinion.

Correct. No qualms there. But, in my opinion, even when the conversation evolves, it is still kinda sorta on topic. As you can see I don’t waste my time with the idiocy a lot of your other commenters do. 90 percent of my comments here are on topic and have tons of substance. Everyone who posts here is intelligent enough and has the knowledge to post on topic. I don’t think that’s hard to ask.
Well it depends. Sometimes commenters have off-topic interests they want to discuss that are more interesting than the on-topic subject and/or are relevant to the broader themes of the blog. But other times people just want to blather on about their pet obsessions. I’ll be more strict with the latter cases.

I looked up (High School Standard Assessment 2005 scale 800) on google but could not find anything. What I did find makes me think that even if my assessment was not the SAT, the scale is still close enough to estimate my IQ. I scored 1471 for both reading and math. That should give me an IQ of 141. I realize now that the coefficients on most IQ tests are not accurate. And also I stress myself out so much that I do poorly because stress causes me to make many, many mistakes. if i take my time and relax I can figure things out easy. I am stressed out so much because I push myself too far and I don’t have anyone to help me when I cannot solve a problem. If I stop pushing myself I will get better at making fewer mistakes. I am just so board all the time and that is why I need to continue trying to find something to do that is at my level. I have many ideas that I want to work on but I need help, so I guess that I need to find people to help me.
Now it’s not anymore a feudal dungeon or La Bastille, it’s the Gulag Archipelago.

Establishing a clear and fair comment policy is simple but it seems that you’re not mature enough. If you don’t want us to anger you, tell it clearly, if you don’t want us to offend you Brazilian pet, let us know. The minimum level of respect is telling people whether what they have to say is worth wasting their time writing or not.
Your comment section and all the madness going on in it is the centerpiece of this blog, not your posts which are poor in quality.

I exceptionally succumbed to KFC’s Chizza on monday. It was not only a disappointing experience but some kind of racist coincidence happened.
