As a person with hopefully some understanding of ethnic genetic interests, I feel a moral responsibility, especially during these politically volatile times, to encourage a more socially responsible discussion about controversial topics.
As a result some of the older posts and comments are coming under review, and being placed in moderation.
Thank you for your understanding, and together let’s try to raise the quality and civility of our public discourse.
Why be PC when that’s what the opposition wants? What kind of changes would you bring? The opposition wants us to be more ‘PC’. Now, if you’re talking about just idiotic vitriol then yea I agree that it doesn’t further any comments. However, opinions on other racial and ethnic groups shouldn’t be pruned to make this blog more ‘PC’.
Maybe I’m reading too much into the ‘PC’ thing and you can clarify for me.
Why be PC when that’s what the opposition wants?
The opposition? I’m not part of any political movement. I’m just someone who wants to learn about intelligence and anthropology. That sometimes causes me to have to explore taboo subjects, but in the future I’m going to do so with much more sensitivity.
I’m not a part of any political movement either. What I mean when i say ‘opposition’ is those who deny human differences. Why care about sensitivity when the truth matters more? If some people cannot handle certain inconvenient truths then they shouldn’t read some things. People should know and realize that a (mostly) HBD blog is going to have some content that may make them feel bad or ‘hurt their feelings’. Thusly, they should be prepared for what they see.
People going about things with sensitivity leads to the cover-up of data to save certain people’s feelings. That isn’t science. That’s leftism. Science has no feelings. Science has no ideology. It’s just data but how you interpret it is on you.
Why care about sensitivity when the truth matters more?
Because the truth is complex, so it’s best not to make sweeping generalizations with absolute certainty, especially when HBD has occasionally been proven wrong. I’m certainly not going to deny human differences, I’m just going to try to write about them less provocatively and with more humility. I do not have all the answers.
No one has all of the answers. Your deletion of the posts you made yesterday, why? I don’t see how one could find that ‘insensitive’. PP you’re talking like your blog is some StormFront-esque back water. It isn’t I much enjoy the conversing here.
How did you write about them provocatively? It’s just writing, dude.
Nothing has a perfect track record of being 100 percent correct. If a theory is wrong, oh well. You then use what you learned from being proven wrong and try to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
But things are proven wrong all the time. Everything is proven wrong a lot. HBD is no exception and that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t theorize.

I agree with this. Feel free to delete a couple of my comments that were directed a one particular commenter.
Why are you selling out?
And specially no more fake genius with alcoholic problems!!! 😉 soul good…
Trump on genetics – HuffPo made this video as a hit piece.
PP- your blog already was fairly upbeat and good with regards to this whole thing.
Even anti-HBDers like Afrosapiens and Swank thought you’re blog was too civil, and hence made HBDers look better than what they wanted them to look like.
Just get rid of the “n***er rants” of philosopher and the likes. That would solve the problem.

Why did you censor my comment??
I released it now
