Obviously, I imagine you think these statements are false, but what then explains these phenomena?
I mean, I don’t think things are “genetic” but where a body stores fat, one can’t help (save for surgery). For example, my body stores my fat in my lower stomach and thighs. When I really start leaning out and have abs, the stubborn fat on my lower abdomen and thighs is the last to go. When it comes to calves, training calves (for hypertrophy) IS a bitch, and I’ve seen people who were fat then got fit have big calves. Just because we can’t change something or are born a certain way doesn’t mean it’s genetics.
There are interesting formulas for maximum muscles potential though, and I think wrist size is a good indicator of how big and how much muscle one can pack on their frame.
