With Halloween only a day away, it’s time to talk about evil. I recently saw a clip of the Trump rally at New York’s Madison Square Garden, and comic Tony Hinchcliffe said “There is an island of floating garbage in the middle of the ocean”…

Something nice and innocent like that. Instead the punchline was something so sick and so evil. I could never have seen it coming.

I remember after Hurricane Maria in 2017, when Trump finally flew down to Puerto Rico, he tossed paper towels at the people like they were trash. Instead of expressing sympathy for the hurricane they just endured like you’d expect any President to do, he scolded them for all the tax payer money the Hurricane relief was costing; blaming them for throwing the federal budget out of whack.

The way Democrats spread fear is by appealing to people’s sense of empathy. The idea that “somebody bad is going to come and do bad things to you and the people you love” is obviously present in both party’s messaging. The difference is that Democrats’ propaganda is directly aimed at minorities who inherently have less power. Furthermore, when Democrats say, “This group of people is in danger!” when you aren’t that group (cis-gendered white people), it requires you to have empathy for people outside of your tribe.
It’s inherently much easier to appeal to people’s sense of hatred against a foreign tribe than to appeal to their empathy for a foreign tribe. And since cis-gendered white people are not only the most populous demographic in America but also the most advantaged groups electorally, failing to capture the majority of this group presents an uphill battle for any Democrat trying to become president.
So many morons erroneously believe “woke” is why Dems lost, but the truth is, the only social issue Kamala’s campaign mentioned was abortion.
I’m not saying it didn’t have any effect. It’s probably like third in the list. My best friend voted Trump because he was “just tired of the trans stuff” (whatever that means.)

Trump is genuine in his desire to purge illegal immigrants, so a lot of whites, blacks and even Hispanics voted for him because they fear open borders is turning America into a Third World country at the expense of the working class. Some of these Hispanics unintentionally ended up voting for their own deportation.
He’s also genuine in his desire to stop foreign countries from “ripping off” America, but makes a huge exception for Israel either because he’s been fooled, blackmailed, bribed or all three.
Voters also know he’ll do anything to win and after 8 years of Obama, people want a fighter.
Trump, while obviously a bourgeoisie conman, and enemy to the working class, isn’t afraid to go to their level.
