As for “charisma”, no one has charisma when you actually see behind the facade. Your statement makes no sense. When I feel “charismatic” it’s because I’m doing things either well-practiced or have allowed myself to give control away more to my instincts or instant reactions. Anytime you’re “in your head” and analytic you will generally not feel the charisma. So anytime you’ve identified a person as charismatic and the specific reasons, you’re basically not going to find them charismatic.
But given the instinctual and unexpected aspect to charisma, since one of the traits that makes Trump charismatic is that he is unexpected to some degree, you can continuously identify him as charismatic. The same goes for basically anyone, as people always occasionally say something more clever or unexpectedly poignant than you expected of them.

Right but Fst is just a molecular clock. All it’s telling you is how many generations since you shared a common ancestor, so by this definition, race vs sub-species vs species is analogous to asking if someone is your sibling, your cousin or your second-cousin. Tells you nothing about evolutionary development. In theory your second-cousin could be a human and your sibling could be a morphological crocodile. Extremely unlikely but possible. And in fact Cochran et al claimed human adaptive evolution increased 100 fold in the last 10,000 years so if he’s right, human Fst should be multiplied by almost 100 to get the functional difference between populations.

Well there are historical and contemporary reasons for K=3 also, but that’s not the point. K=5 is a category error. The basic logic of categorization is that each category within a category must be sufficiently different from all other categories within said category as to prevent two or more from merging, otherwise you’re comparing categories with sub-categories which is a logical fallacy.
