Well, when I think of all the presidents we’ve had in the last two decades, he stands out as getting the most done. Bush is bad because of the forever wars. Obama could’ve done good, but obviously, he was stonewalled by Republicans every time. Trump…is just Trump.
Biden is the only one who seems to be getting a lot done. When I think of Biden, I think of the CHIPS Act, the Inflation Reduction Act, the PACT Act, etc.

You should check out Laskowski’s studies on clonal fish, where genes and environment were held constant, behavioral individuality still arose, which was due to prenatal experiences and developmental stochasticity.

However, it points to the conclusion that Rushton was wrong—and even though attempts to renew Rushton’s Differential K theory have been attempted (eg Figeuredo’s studies), it’s just not an empirically plausible theory. Though they have found refuge in renaming it “fast” and “slow” life history or the “psychometric approach to life history theory”. Rushton’s theory itself was summarily refuted for years, he just never got the memo. In any case, Cryns’ refutation in the 90s along with Peregrine’s show that it can be explained environmentally—this is an empirical claim with much empirical evidence that supports it. Why wasn’t Rushton’s theory supported when others looked at it?

The uncertainty principle of quantum mechanics itself would be sufficed to show that behavioral individuality can occur due to developmental stochasticity. Furthermore the idea that genes randomly mutate and are naturally selected, which does not contradict genetic determinism, already implies that as well. So what is your point? You need close to 19 on virtually every subtest to get 160 on the WAIS-IV. Roughly speaking, full-scale IQ = 6.97057(average scaled score) + 31.533486.
I see, so 19 is the max. score, and if the average is exactly that, then the hypothetical WAIS IQ would be almost 164 but that’d be beyond the 155/160 upper limit of the test.
