One of my greatest musical inspirations is Tori Amos. I was introduced to her by a childhood friend of East Asian ancestry and we saw a concert of hers when were like 10 or 12. At the time I was more interested in Tracy Chapman because I played the guitar but seeing Amos in concert was life changing, and inspired me to play the piano like my East Asian friend.
He suspected, based on her facial features, that Amos might be part East Asian which made us like her even more.
What I didn’t know was that he was gay, though my mother suspected. One night when we were teenagers watching TV in the basement, he wanted to watch porn. I had little interest in porn (still don’t) but I enjoy French cinema and this particular porno was French and tastefully done.
But my fiend kept complaining that the male character (who was black) would not take off his speedo.

I was reading something about how the greatest strength and ordinary investor has over professionals is time horizon. Most of these guys are benchmarked and assessed quarterly or whatever.
An ordinary investor can just buy and hold for years if they want. Other than that I have no idea how ‘reading fundamentals’ is that relevant for short term trading so I wouldn’t bother with the CFA if I was a day trader or professional trader.
there are actually quite a few others. that is, there are many disadvantages to NOT being a small-time individual investor, split-infinitive notwithstanding. the disadvantage of being one are so much information and sifting of information has to be paid for, while the small-time individual investor just has the internet and the library.

I would say being a billionaire is moderately related to IQ. I would say the average self made billionaire is smarter than average but a lot of cases are ‘moonshots’. My Arithmetic score is 13-15, so my math IQ is likely that. In Algebra II honors (advanced) I got a C+ even though I ducked around. I did my homework, but I did it poorly, and some days I didn’t do it. I don’t know if my algebra II experience means anything to this.
And, my matrix reasoning score is 14, and my similarities score is 12-13. I can’t find a figure weights test anywhere.
Pumpkin, my block design score is 130 with a speed bonus. Without the speed bonus, it is 120. The report I received said this was odd. I am super fast at block design but I only get to a certain level. raw score 14 and 16. Do you know what a speed bonus does?
Without the time bonus is probably a better measure of spatial ability. With time bonus is contaminated by motor ability which is pulling you up

Not sure. I consider algebra abstract because you take a specific problem 1 + 2 = 3 & make it general: a + b = c

I’d say that it depends on the situation. Computer programming and the math utilized there is probably abstract because of the fact that it’s not based on physical phenomena; you have to represent a whole new language (or multiple languages) into algorithms and symbols that pertain to different manifestations of a programming command. At even higher levels, like machine learning, tensors and tensor calculus needs to be utilized so that you can represent pixels in video streaming. Of course, all this is speculation. (II know nothing about programming!)
